My project is already finished. What can I film?
A video of your finished piece is welcome. Try showing the whole artwork first, then move closer to capture your favorite details.
How do I find my Instagram post link?
Open your published post on Instagram, tap Share and choose Copy link, then paste it into your DM. Make sure the post is public and tags @isuvio_official.
Where can I find my order number?
Look for it in your Isuvio order confirmation email. Include the email address you used for that order in your DM as well.
Should I add music to my video?
Natural sound or no music is fine. If you add music, make sure you have permission for Isuvio to use it in marketing, including paid ads. You can share a version without music.
Instagram won’t let me attach a video yet. What should I do?
If this is your first chat with us, Instagram may ask you to send a message request first. Send the message above; once we accept your request, you can attach your video in the same conversation.
How do I know you received my video?
Look for a reply from our team confirming that we have your video and details. If you haven’t heard back, follow up in the same chat. You can also email service@isuvio.com with your Instagram username and order number so we can find your message. There’s no need to resend the video by email.
Where can I see reward redemption options?
600 points have a $30 rewards value. Sign in to your Isuvio account and open the Rewards panel to redeem points for available discounts. Redemption conditions apply. Points are not cash.
